Alam Building Contracting LLC traces its roots back to 2011 when it was initially established as Comnet Technologies LLC by the esteemed Mr. Jamshid Alam. The company initially specialized in cabling, networking, and internet installation services for the Government of Dubai. After four years of successful operations, Jamshid Alam, along with his younger brother Fakhar Alam, decided to transition into the construction sector as block and steel subcontractors, collaborating with other construction firms in Dubai.
In 2019, leveraging their expertise and experience, founder Jamshid Alam, with his brothers Engr. Intekhab Alam and Engr. Anas Alam, launched a full-fledged contracting company named Modernedge Engineering and Construction in Pakistan, with Intekhab Alam as the Chief Executive and Anas Alam as the General Manager. Concurrently, Comnet Technologies LLC in Dubai was rebranded as Modernedge Building Contracting (MBC).
After gaining a decade of extensive experience in the industry, a strategic decision was made during a cabinet meeting with the Pakistan management team, under the supervision of Mr. Jamshid Alam. This led to the formation of a new sister company, Alam Building Contracting LLC, positioned as a main contractor in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ). We have since commenced our operations in UAQ, continuing our commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction sector.
